A New Illustration Exhibition Curated by Caper Illustration LTD and WeiXianChang

Twin souls of the Heart ：Dual Perspectives on Intimacy and the Self Opening on October 18, 2024, at Fushanhui and running through February 16, 2025, this exhibition delves into the interconnected themes of "intimacy" and "self-love" through the accessible medium of illustration.

As French writer Marcel Proust once said, "Within each of us lies an area untouched by others, accessible only through love." Each illustration in the exhibition intricately portrays various interpretations of love and connection, showcasing different artists' unique perspectives on intimacy and self-care. These works also reflect the growing contemporary focus on the essential topic of self-love.

"Illustration is a powerful and inclusive visual language," the curator explains. "Through it, we hope viewers will explore the many facets of love, which not only bridge relationships between people but also serve as mirrors for self-understanding and reflection."

The artworks capture subtle moments within intimate relationships—gazes, touches, and resonances—offering both visual delight and emotional connection.
